The path from a producer across Asia to a US kitchen is long.
Import rules, labeling, customs, prior notice, FSVP, freight, inventory — every step between a producer's line and a US shelf is a step someone has to own. When no one owns all of them, buyers end up chasing overseas factories and brands end up waiting on container lead times.
We exist to be the one accountable US partner in between: the importer that buyers and brands can actually reach.

We import direct, hold the inventory in California, and deliver.
Since 2019 we've supplied businesses across the lower 48 US states. Four jobs, all in our name — so there is one partner accountable for the whole route.
Direct from the source: imported from China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan and more, with no overseas factory to chase. Importer of record for customs, prior notice and FSVP, in our own name. Inventory held in California for fast domestic replenishment, not container lead times. Delivery across the lower 48 US states to the restaurants, grocers, convenience stores and resellers that stock and serve it.
- 03 · Who we are
Founded by Daley and Luffy.

They immigrated to the United States one after the other, studied and worked in the US, and then decided to move to Los Angeles and start this business together. That business is CDT Global Inc, founded in 2019 and based in City of Industry, California, in Los Angeles County.
The company imports Asian food direct from producers across Asia and acts as importer of record: customs, prior notice and FSVP are its responsibility, not an overseas factory's. It holds inventory in California and delivers to businesses across the lower 48 states. Its buyers are restaurants, grocers, convenience stores and resellers; brands and producers sell through it to reach them.

- 04 · How we work with buyers and brands
Buyers on one side, brands on the other — one partner in between.
Both sides of the relationship run through the same inventory and the same Partner Portal.
Restaurants, caterers, Asian and specialty grocers, convenience stores and resellers buy by the case at account pricing, direct from the importer; a valid resale certificate unlocks tax-exempt checkout and approved accounts get net credit terms. Emerging and established Asian brands, overseas producers, co-packers and upstream importers hand us a line — we store, pick-pack and deliver it, put it in front of that network, and show them where it moves. Brands don't need to be FDA-compliant to apply.

Approved partners work in one Partner Portal for ordering, invoices, returns, samples, special requests, seasonal preorders, their team and delivery locations — buyers and brands alike.
