Website Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of cdtglobalinc.com (the "Site"), operated by CDT Global Inc, in business since 2019. They do not cover purchases. Retail orders on asiafooddepot.com, and wholesale ordering through the Partner Portal (order.cdtglobalinc.com), are covered by the asiafooddepot.com Terms of Service until separate portal terms are published.

Product categories, capabilities, and Partner Portal previews are illustrative; the preview shows demo rows and masked pricing. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a price quote. Minimums vary by product line and brand; freight is quoted per order and confirmed before an order is final. We ship from California to the lower 48 US states only.

Sending a message or an application does not create an account, an order, or an agreement. We review every submission and may decline one, with or without a reason. You confirm that the details you give are accurate and that you are authorized to give them for your business. You must verify your work email with the code we send. We limit repeated submissions and may discard automated or spam submissions.

If we approve an application, we create a Partner Portal login for the verified email. Use of the Partner Portal is covered by the terms named in section 1.

Do not scrape or bulk-download the Site, interfere with its operation, submit false or misleading information, or use it for anything unlawful.

The CDT Global Inc name, logo lockup, illustrations, and original Site content belong to us; the illustrations were created for CDT Global Inc. Product and brand names shown belong to their owners.

Links to Google Maps, our retail store, and the Partner Portal take you to sites with their own terms.

The Site is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content is complete or current. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
